Our aim is to process orders as quickly as possible and most order will leave our company within 3~5days. Orders placed on the weekend or Public Holidays will be dispatched the next available business day. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly of the expected arrival date or you can consider an alternative item. Shipping is calculated once you have entered your suburb, state and postcode.

For some large and bulky items, Sea freight would be considerable at lowest cost,though it usually takes longer time. If you insist on express service,we will surely do our best to find the best terms for you.

However,if your order is not listed in free shipping products,pls feel free to let me know what types you are really interested in and we will help you find the best forwader with excellent shipping cost.Then you will make the total amount when you get the final total cost.

Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item

Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our company, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another one with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
