Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase:-
1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account by clicking “Login” and “Join Free”, before you proceed your payment.
4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
Q. What are the payment methods available?
.1For retail/wholes order,the present acceptable payment includes Paypal,Paypal Excheckout,QIWI,Boleto,Bancomer, Bancodobrasil,Dineromail,Enets,Onecard,Polipayment,Redcompra,Redpagos,Yamoney,WebMoney,Bitcoin.
      If you just have credit card/debit card,don't worry and actually the present available payment menthod online could support to pay with your cards,especially for the widely used Paypal payment in the world.
      Except for Paypal or Paypal checkout,the other avaiable online payment could accept your local currency.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
.Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
2. Click Submit.
3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Q. The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?
Our brand warranty service ensures you will receive your item on time and as described. 

 If you are not satisfied with the product you received,here are steps for you to solve the problem:

1. Pls contact us within 7 days to confirm with our support if you have mistaken other items when you place orders. Or if you have coomunicated well about the special requirments with us before order.
2. If everything was concluded exactly as contract and it is due to our fault,then we can give you two choice to deal with the problem as per our policy.
   a.If the problem like color,shape, does not affect your normal use,we can make it up to you in a certain way through negothiation.
   b.Another new items could be sent to you with your next order at some discount,even free of charge sometimes.
   c.Pls send back the orginial goods to us with complet packing and your money will be refound  if you insist.
   
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
- Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at
 info@sanglebathroom.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
.Delivery for small items your order usually takes about 3~5days.
.Delivery for large items it usually will take 7~15days for samples. Also because of higher air express cost, samples could also possibly be shipped by sea, but with longer time 30days around.
Q. How can I distribute or resell your excellent products in my country?
.If you want to become our retailer or distributor, we will do our best to support you at best terms, including pictures, exact specs instruction, warranty service, supplying and after-sales service security. When your order is so large, you will be considered as a sole agency in some special zones.
Q. How about your warranty for your products?
.As usual, our warranty for electric products and bathroom wares are one year. For solar water heater, available warranty is 5 years and collector for 10years.When you get your order within 3days and pls feel free to contact us if you find some problems happened. Anyway we are all at your service always when you met any question.
